Don't Ask Why, Just Practice!
Step 1: Morning Routine (4:00 am - 4:30 am)
1. Wake up at 4:00 am.
2. Drink 2-3 glasses of warm water in a sitting position.
3. Walk for 2 minutes and attend to nature's call.
4. Brush teeth and perform Vamana Kriya (drink water, then vomit and clean tongue).
5. Sprinkle plain water on open eyes.
6. Wash face, hands, and feet, and wipe dry with a towel.
Step 2: Fitness Practice (4:30 am - 5:30 am)
1. Change into comfortable clothing.
2. Practice fitness exercises, including warm-up, yogic fitness, Surya Namaskar, asanas, pranayama, and meditation (within 1 hour).
3. Learn from expert coaches and doctors before practicing.
Step 3: Meditation and Vedic Practices (5:30 am - 6:30 am)
1. Bathe (full body, including head) after a 15-minute gap.
2. Wear white clothing and sit in meditation pose in a quiet room.
3. Practice "Udgeethopasana" for 15 minutes.
4. Perform Vedic Sandhya and Agnihotra with Vedic mantras (learn from Vedic experts).
Step 4: Breakfast and World Prayer (6:30 am - 7:30 am)
1. Drink 1-2 glasses of pure cow milk (desi cow milk) and wait for 15 minutes.
2. Eat nutritious breakfast, avoiding fermented foods like idly and dosa.
3. Sit on the floor with a floor mat and a 3-inch high wooden stool in Sukasana.
4. Practice silence during breakfast.
5. Recite World Prayer in Sanskrit (learn from Vedic experts).
