Dear Parents,

Thank you for choosing to be part of our Summer Camp 2025. For the past 25 years, we have been dedicated to empowering children with Vedic values and life skills, creating a strong foundation for their personal and spiritual growth. We do not accept donations and rely entirely on your contributions to provide the best possible learning environment and facilities.

Our goal is to help children develop self-discipline, independence, and a deep connection to our ancient Vedic traditions. Through our carefully structured program, they will be introduced to Vedic yogic sciences, traditional medical knowledge, and cultural heritage, ensuring a holistic learning experience in a nurturing environment.

Cancellation Policy: Terms & Conditions

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we have outlined our cancellation policy accordingly:

• No Refunds – Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Deferred Participation – If your child is unable to attend due to genuine health-related reasons, you can defer participation to the next year’s camp (Summer Camp 2026).
• Payment Adjustment – In case of deferred participation due to medical reasons:
• 50% of the paid amount will be deducted.
• The remaining 50% can be adjusted toward the next year's camp fee.
• You will need to pay the balance amount to confirm participation in the next year's camp.
• Eligibility – Deferred participation is applicable only for genuine health-related reasons and requires valid medical proof.
