We are conducting this programme successfully since 1999 and we have a team of experienced employees who are ready for the care and service of your kid. They will be caring and following your child round the clock.

We have a team of 100-250 staff (may increase in accordance with the strength of the students) well experienced employees working for the well being of the participants of the camp. Our teachers and trainers are experts in their respective fields. We will be having one In charge of a group of 10-15 students, along with laundry staff, cleaning staff, cooking staff, medical team, adventure task team, security, volunteers, management staff etc.

This is a program designed for all kids for developing good skills of teamwork, cooperation, positive attitude, relaxing and at the same time developing specific inborn talents. Children choosing the activities individually will affect the discipline of the scheduled program and also it will not develop team spirit among the children. So it is mandatory that every child should participate in each and every activity..

This is the right platform for changing the attitude of such kids, because here we are working according to a planned schedule which will never let your child feel lonely. Our employees and their campmates will be always following and caring for them so that by the end of these 3 weeks they will be able to adjust with any such teamwork program. At the same time, as parents you should also give them a positive approach. Every now and then calling and disturbing them with your anxiety will disturb their involvement in the activities and thereby affect the mental health of the kid. We want their mental & spiritual presence also for training them in our way.

As we discussed earlier, our employees will be closely observing your kids and stay for full day with them. They are experienced to find out at what part of the schedule there are chances of such situations and when they can give special attention to such kids and avoid fighting. Also we will find out children having such mentality and give them special care and change their attitude through a psychological approach.

We have a good team of expert trainers/coaches but despite of that some situations can happen in any such camps. One such incident happened in our 2013 camp also, one kid accidentally fell from the horse while riding and fractured his hand. But immediately we arranged medical attention and from then onwards we kept separate team of staff for medical attention and give first aid. Also we have doctors and medical personals in the organizing committee.

Overall we have a committed professional staff of 50 members. Training will be given as a group of 20 students but there will be an In-charge for a group of 15 students who will be always with them and adventure tasks will be performed only by the supervision of expert team.

Kriya yoga samsthan is an organization which gives utmost priority to the health and the well-being of our participants. We have within the organizing committee of the camp, a panel of doctors of various disciplines. We have decided to provide only healthy food for the students. We have a team of kitchen staff comprising North Indian & South Indian Chefs who can prepare hygienic food.

We have good and expert trainers in swimming in our team. They are capable of teaching pupils who don’t know how to swim. And the pool we are using has depth varying from 2 feet to 5 feet. And students who know swimming will only be allowed in deeper places. For others we give training in shallow places.

You can contact your child anytime. But your presence in the camp will be a disturbance to the ambience which we are creating in the camp premises. Also, Your calls will create negative vibration which will make them homesick. Hence, it is better to set a time in the evening hours to talk with your child every fortnight. Any time you can contact the Incharge to enquire about your child.You can be rest-assured that they are safe with us.

We have a team of well experienced teachers who are taking care of the students while taking them for long trips. And along with them the Incharge will be available throughout the day. Separate female and male staff are available for looking after your kids. We are providing 1:10 ratio staff to take care of the kids.

Firstly, we request you to take off these types of negative thoughts from your mind and don’t give such inputs to your kid. Our organization is conducting this camp with the intention of making the youth aware of the natural systems and learn healthy habits which have been followed in our country since vedic period. We offer only limited admissions, so we welcome you to utilize the opportunity if you book and discontinue you are spoiling the opportunity of another child. Booking, preparations including staff will be arranged accordingly. So we will not refund the payments.

The activities which we are training for are given in the website like rifle shooting, horse riding, swimming, games, drawing etc. But it is not that your kid will be perfect in all these at the end of the camp. For example, a seven year old kid can’t learn horse riding perfectly within this 3 week camp, but he will be knowing the basics of it and if interested he will definitely go for the training after that. We are exploring the skills and interests a kid is having and helping them to experience and develop those skills and thereby creating a successful next generation by unearthing hidden talent.

There will be an In-charge for a group of 15 students who will be always observing them and reporting their behavioral study to the organizers. The management will observe the behavior of all students with hawkeye and appropriate moral support is given to the needy.

As discussed earlier joining in Residential Summer camp is the right thing to overcome homesickness of your child. He/she will be taken care of our employees who will make them feel at home. Gradually he will be able to stay independently. Joining in Residential Summer Camp will Combat Home Sickness.

Our employees are experienced in such situation and they can handle such kids. What you have to do is to mention this thing while submitting the application form so that we can make group of such kids and give them special care. Once they get accomplished with the activities and schedule they will eat themselves in future.

The food we are providing will be tasty & healthy and which most of the participants are used to... At the same time we have north Indian and south Indian cooks who can cook food accordingly. If any difficulty is there we can make modifications in the menu according to their choice (only pure vegetarian).

We have separate accommodation for boys and girls with good safety and security. Female care takers will be available with them every time. Also she can approach female wardens for any personal needs.

Every year we are having 25-30 numbers of students in the age group 7&8years. For such kids we will separate the group and organize appropriate activities and training is infused with utmost care.

Firstly our organization is not a religious organization; our intention is to teach the Indian culture to the kids who are the future citizens of India. Chanting mantras and Vedic havan are the practices which even foreign people want to learn and many schools abroad are following. These practices were followed by our ancestors for positive vibrations, Positive energy, healthy atmosphere, killing microorganisms in the surroundings, etc. If we can see it through a broad mind only we can accept the science behind that. Likewise we need to train the kids also.

Our 23rd Residential Summer Camp is destined at BGS International Residential School, spread across a sprawling 100 acre campus and has spacious and comfortable dormitories i.e., Boys dormitories (North Wing) – Five floors and Girl’s dormitories (South Wing) – Three floors with excellent toilet and solar hot water facilities. They are well-maintained by inhouse cleaning staff and kept super clean and hygienic under the supervision of our committee incharges.You can be rest-assured about the cleanliness of the premises.

We have given instruction to our team regarding this and they are trained in such a way that they can handle such situations smoothly and effectively as they are professional and highly experienced. Moreover we do not entertain or allow any such misbehavior from the staff member. The management staff will be coordinating and controlling all the other departments and if any such behavior is noticed we will replace that staff member. Students also can complain to the management in case of any such issues.
