Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. They govern Our relationship with you in connection to this website, along with Our privacy policy. We have the right to update these terms and conditions at any moment.

You should examine these terms and conditions on a regular basis to verify that you are pleased with any changes. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is shown by using or accessing this website. Please make sure your ward/child understands what is expected of him/her, and it is recommended that they read the entire prospectus of the Summer Camp.

The organisation reserves the right to amend any venue, rule, or regulation outlined in these Terms and Conditions at any time. The organisation is not responsible for any loss or damage to participants' personal goods, regardless of the reason. The person found guilty will be charged for any damage to public property on the venue.

The following paperwork must be printed, signed, and handed over by parents before or on the first day of summer camp. Summer Camp Registration Form - Download After you've made your payment, you'll be able to access these forms.

A Visit To The Camp

The camp will be jam-packed with activities, and parents are discouraged from dropping by because it would disrupt the timetable. If you need to visit camp in an emergency, please do so between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and make prior arrangements with the Camp staff.

Communication Between The Parents

Day-to-day events that may arise during your child's stay at camp are handled by staff who are trained to address them in a safe and loving manner. You might hear from camp personnel for discussions or to arrange for your child's pick-up in the following circumstances:

• Behavioral difficulties, such as bullying or verbal or physical violence. Desperate need to return home
• Any illness that causes a temperature of more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, or any other medical emergency.
• If your child need medical attention in addition to routine first aid In an emergency, contact your ward.
• We strongly advise parents not to chat to their children throughout the camp because it hinders their development as autonomous and self-assured individuals.
• Please contact the Team if you need to communicate with your child in an emergency.

Behaviour At The Camp

Participants are not permitted to leave the camp site on their own for the length of the camp without first telling the instructors.

There will be no arguing, yelling, shouting, biting, or hair pulling. On the camp, fights, quarrels, and bullying are not permitted. A disciplinary action may be taken if there is any fighting.

The organisation maintains the right to suspend any participant on disciplinary grounds or to postpone or cancel any course at any time (s). If a participant is suspended for disciplinary reasons, there will be no refund of money.

Costs Of The Camp

• All fees are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST. At any time, the organisation maintains the right to adjust the fees.
• Only after a successful transaction will a payment receipt and authorization letter be emailed to the participant's email address.
• Summer Camp Fees can be paid online using Razor Pay using the Online Service. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the participant acknowledges that his or her usage of the aforementioned online payment service is at the User's exclusive risk and responsibility.
• Once the participant has completed the registration process and paid the fee via an online payment gateway. Under no circumstances will he or she be able to cancel the purchase. The User will not be refunded any money.
• The organisation reserves the right to cancel the course if there are insufficient participants. In that instance, the Course Fee will be returned, or the students will be able to choose another course and their Fee will be adjusted.
• If the Camp/ Course is taking place, the price will not be reimbursed in part or in full. The charge will be adjusted if the student wishes to change their course for whatever reason. If a student transfers from a higher charge course to a lower fee course, he or she has the option of enrolling in another course or forfeiting the balance fee. In this case, no questions will be answered.
