The organisation reserves the right to amend any venue, rule, or regulation outlined in these Terms and Conditions at any time. The organisation is not responsible for any loss or damage to participants' personal goods, regardless of the reason. The person found guilty will be charged for any damage to public property on the venue.

The camp will be jam-packed with activities, and parents are discouraged from dropping by because it would disrupt the timetable. If you need to visit camp in an emergency, please do so between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and make prior arrangements with the Camp staff.
Day-to-day events that may arise during your child's stay at camp are handled by staff who are trained to address them in a safe and loving manner. You might hear from camp personnel for discussions or to arrange for your child's pick-up in the following circumstances:
Participants are not permitted to leave the camp site on their own for the length of the camp without first telling the instructors.
There will be no arguing, yelling, shouting, biting, or hair pulling. On the camp, fights, quarrels, and bullying are not permitted. A disciplinary action may be taken if there is any fighting.
The organisation maintains the right to suspend any participant on disciplinary grounds or to postpone or cancel any course at any time (s). If a participant is suspended for disciplinary reasons, there will be no refund of money.
