Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Summer Camp India, an initiative by World Vedic Health Sciences Private Limited (Kriya Yoga Samasthan). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our residential summer camp programs. By accessing our platform or registering your child, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Registration & Eligibility

Registration is open only to children within the specified age group mentioned for each programme. The organisation reserves the right to verify age and eligibility before confirming admission. Participation is subject to successful document verification and full payment of applicable fees.

2. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and spiritually enriching atmosphere. Bullying, physical violence, derogatory language, or disrespect toward mentors is not tolerated. The organization holds the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension without a fee refund, if norms are violated.

3. Medical and Emergency Protocols

Parents must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, or special needs at the time of registration. The organisation shall not be responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions. In case of a medical emergency, the organisation is authorized to seek appropriate medical treatment, and related expenses shall be borne by the parent/guardian.

4. Fee Payment & Modifications

  • All program fees must be paid in full through our secure online payment gateways.
  • Prices are subject to change at the organization's discretion, though completed registrations will not be affected.
  • Once the participant has registered and paid via online gateway, under no circumstances will the purchase be canceled or cash refunded. Please refer to our Refund Policy for deferral terms.
  • Kriya Yoga Samasthan reserves the right to modify schedules or venues due to unavoidable circumstances.

5. Campus Visits & Communication

To ensure a focused environment and maintain the core discipline of our residential program, parents are strongly discouraged from unannounced visits or excessive communication. This is to help children develop independence. Should an emergency arise, visits or calls are only permitted with prior approval from the camp authorities at designated times (e.g., 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM).

6. Photography & Media

The organisation may capture photographs and videos during camp activities for educational, promotional, and social media purposes. By registering, parents grant permission for such use unless written objection is submitted prior to the commencement of camp.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad and Bangalore accordingly.
